Dr. Alia Bosworth is a double board-certified dermatologist in Canada and the United States with extensive experience in medical and cosmetic dermatology. She is dedicated to helping patients achieve healthy skin, greater confidence, and natural-looking results through thoughtful, individualized care.

Meet Dr. Alia Bosworth
Dr. Alia Bosworth, MSc, MD, FRCPC, DABD, completed her undergraduate studies at Queen's University before earning her Master's degree at Western University. She then spent 13 years on Canada's East Coast, completing her medical degree and dermatology residency training at Dalhousie University before practicing in Halifax, Nova Scotia. She has since returned home to Toronto and is excited to bring her experience and expertise to Elevate Dermatology.
With expertise spanning both medical and cosmetic dermatology, Dr. Bosworth strives to help her patients achieve confidence through healthy skin and natural-looking results. Her areas of clinical interest include skin cancer and pigmented lesions, removal of skin tags, moles and age spots, acne and rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, and hidradenitis suppurativa.
Dr. Bosworth also has extensive experience in cosmetic dermatology, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and regenerative medicine. Her approach emphasizes individualized treatment planning and results that complement each patient's natural features.
She is a member of several professional organizations, including the Canadian Dermatology Association, the Canadian Laser and Aesthetic Specialists Society, and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.
Outside of her clinical practice, Dr. Bosworth is a busy mother of two daughters. She enjoys park playdates, sing-alongs, cooking, and staying active through yoga and Pilates.
